Insulating Tape for Corrosion Protection - SV325
Insulating Tape for Corrosion Protection - SV325
ADERE SV325 insulating tape is a product with high mechanical and electrical resistance, developed with the purpose of large-scale industrial and commercial use and high performance. ADERE SV325 insulating tape has a flexible PVC backing covered with rubber and resin-based adhesive.
Due to its excellent electrical insulation characteristics and ease of application, it is used as anticorrosive protection for metallic pipes, protecting them against aggressive environments, preventing wear or damage due to corrosion, and is also capable of withstanding up to 10,000V.
Application
Industry: Protection of buried metallic pipes for transporting industrial water, solvents, chemical compounds, gases, etc.
Construction: Used to insulate dissimilar metals and prevent electrolytic corrosion. Protection of water pipes against fire. Electrical insulation at the intersection of pipes with the electrical network;
Engineering / Contractors: Applications where the use of adhesive tape with high mechanical resistance is required in projects where protection against corrosion is needed;
Electrical: Energy concessionaires where the use of adhesive tape with high mechanical/electrical resistance is required;
Visual communication: In ACM (Aluminium Composite Material) applications, this adhesive tape is used to protect the metallic structure against corrosion.
