Double-Sided Acrylic Foam for Structural Glazing - XP200B

The XP200B Double-Sided Expanded Acrylic Foam is black, 2.0mm thick, and has a green protective polyethylene liner.

Application

In the construction market, it can be used on roofing, glass building facades, polycarbonate, and aluminum composite panels (ACM). It can replace sealants, silicones, rivets, liquid adhesives, and other mechanical and permanent fasteners.

It is an excellent performance product and can be used in the most demanding applications, such as joining various types of surfaces such as metal, varnished or primed wood, glass (in some cases treated with a glass-specific primer), various plastics, composites, and painted surfaces.

In the automotive market, it can be used to attach emblems, moldings, thresholds, and protect door frames.

According to the 2016 ITEC Report, the XB200B, XC200B, and XP200B Structural Acrylic Foam Adhesive Tapes withstand a pressure of 4000Pa, equivalent to winds of 288 km/h.
